We are looking for Customer Service Representative for one of our clients based in Auburn Hills, MI. Pay Rate: $45k-$55k Shift: 1st Shift Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Process orders, track shipments, and provide order updates
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related field within a manufacturing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM systems
