About the Role

Puffy Pop is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator and Designer who can help us grow on TikTok and across social media. This is not just a design job - you’ll be filming, editing, posting, building campaigns, and sometimes being on camera.

If you understand what makes content perform and can bring ideas to life across video, graphics, email, and AI-assisted tools, this role offers a high level of creative ownership.

What You’ll Do

- Film and create TikToks, Reels, and other short-form content

- Edit videos and photos using Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)

- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed

- Design graphics for social media, ads, promotions, and campaigns

- Create and design email blasts and social media (graphics + layout + basic copy)

- Plan and execute creative campaigns across social, email, and web

- Manage and grow our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

- Use Generative AI tools (for content ideas, visuals, captions, and workflow efficiency)

- Come up with content ideas and stay on top of trends

- Shoot product photos (equipment and setup provided)

- Collaborate with the team on creative direction and campaigns

- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

- Assist with website visuals and updates as needed

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, and video production.

- Other duties as assigned

Typical Day-to-Day

- Filming and editing short-form content

- Designing graphics or email campaigns

- Posting and scheduling content

- Brainstorming new ideas and trends

- Reviewing performance and adjusting strategy

What We’re Looking For

- Experience creating social media content (especially TikTok)

- Strong video editing skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar is a plus)

- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

- Good eye for design (layout, color, typography, etc.)

- Comfortable on camera and able to represent the brand

- Creative, reliable, and able to execute quickly

- Strong communication and ability to collaborate

What You Must Submit

- Links to social media accounts you’ve managed or contributed to

- Examples of video content (TikTok, Reels, or similar)

- Portfolio or samples of graphic design work

- (Optional) Examples of email campaigns or creative work

Bonus If You Have

- Experience growing social media accounts

- Product photography experience

- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics (social + email)

Physical Requirements

- Some light physical work (event setup, moving equipment)

- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally
