Position Overview
The Vice President of Marketing Operations is responsible for the overall construction and management of the company's global marketing operations framework. Through the execution of marketing strategies, growth operations, marketing process optimization, data analysis, and systematic management, this role aims to enhance the efficiency of marketing investments, customer acquisition capabilities, and conversion performance, thereby supporting the company's business growth and global market expansion.
The core objective of this position is to build a data-driven marketing operations system that maximizes marketing growth and commercial conversion efficiency.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations Strategy & System Building
Formulate the company's global marketing operations strategy and execution framework.
Establish standardized marketing operations processes and systems.
Drive the digital and systematic upgrading of marketing operations.
Enhance overall marketing operations efficiency and consistency.
2. Marketing Growth & Customer Acquisition Management
Build a system for user growth and customer acquisition operations.
Optimize marketing acquisition channels and conversion paths.
Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Support sales growth and the achievement of revenue targets.
3. Marketing Campaign & Growth Project Management
Oversee the execution of global and regional marketing campaigns.
Manage brand promotion and growth marketing projects.
Enhance the ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Establish mechanisms for campaign post-mortem analysis and optimization.
4. Data-Driven Marketing Operations
Establish a system for marketing data analysis and monitoring.
Track key marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
Generate marketing operations analyses and optimization recommendations.
Support data-driven decision-making by senior management.
5. CRM & Marketing Automation Management
Drive the optimization of CRM and marketing automation systems.
Enhance capabilities for marketing data integration and management.
Establish a unified customer data and marketing platform.
Improve marketing automation and operational efficiency.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Alignment
Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
Drive collaborative growth mechanisms between Marketing and Sales.
Support the implementation of key business growth projects.
Enhance end-to-end conversion efficiency.
7. Brand & Content Operations Support
Support brand communication and content marketing strategies.

III. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher
Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields preferred
MBA preferred
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in Market Operations or Growth Operations
15+ years of experience in senior management roles
Experience in the Internet, FinTech, or SaaS industries preferred
Experience in building CRM or Growth Systems preferred
