What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the CFO and collaborate closely with the CEO office on day-to-day finance operations
- Prepare investor reporting packages and materials for board meetings
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to support strategic growth planning
- Execute operational finance work required to run a scaling fintech business
- Help design and implement finance processes grounded in lean principles and AI-enabled tooling
- Take broad ownership of finance initiatives across the organization
What We're Looking For
Required
- 1–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a closely related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience preparing investor reporting and board materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
- Low ego, high ambition, and a collaborative mindset
- Strong academic background and solid finance fundamentals
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Located in New York City or willing to relocate
Nice To Have
- Experience in fintech, startup, or high-growth scale-up environments
- Familiarity with lean principles and AI-enabled finance processes
