I'm hiring my Right Hand.
Not a Chief of Staff. Not a Personal Assistant. Something in between.
The person who runs my calendar, my inbox, my hiring funnel, my household, and my content production — so I can focus on building the agency, the personal brand, and the AI infrastructure I'm putting together.
If you've done EA or house manager work for a founder, executive, or family office — this might be your seat.
About the role:Executive Assistant to me, founder of Cavenaugh Media. We're a Dallas-Fort Worth digital marketing agency serving ~60 home service businesses, with a remote team running on AI-augmented systems. You become the operational center of my life and the business.
What you'll own day-to-day:• Calendar + scheduling strategy
• Inbox + drafting comms in my voice
• Errands — mail, laundry, dry cleaning, packages, groceries
• Household coordination — cleaners, repairs, vendors
• Running my hiring funnel — sourcing, screening, onboarding
• Content production logistics — prepping shoots, managing equipment, coordinating with overseas content editor
• Project management + cross-team accountability in ClickUp
• Bills, financial organization, travel
What I need from you:• 2-3+ years supporting a founder, executive, or family office
• Based in DFW — this is a hyrbid role, with daily errand + household work
• High discretion (you'll see everything: finances, hiring, personal life)
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Notion
• Valid driver's license + reliable car
What I don't need:• Someone who needs constant direction
• Someone who thinks running errands is beneath them
• Someone who wants strategy work but not tactical follow-through
Compensation:$60,000–$80,000/year base, plus performance bonus, and a clear path to Chief of Staff-style scope over time.
