Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Director to lead enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, implementation, and operations. This role will oversee functional teams and drive system optimization across Payroll, Time & Labour, Absence Management, and Scheduling within a large healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM strategy and roadmap
• Oversee implementation and optimization of HCM modules
• Manage functional teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive ERP operations across Payroll, Time & Labour, Absence, Scheduling
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Lead testing, validation, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
• Manage vendor and consulting relationships
• Support continuous improvement and quarterly system releases
Required Experience:• Oracle Cloud HCM (functional leadership level)
• ERP leadership experience (Director / Sr. Director level)
• Payroll + Time & Labour expertise
• Large enterprise implementations
• Healthcare or public sector strongly preferred
• Experience with unionised workforce environments
Preferred:• Oracle Cloud certifications
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
• Strong governance and compliance experience
