About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and growth-oriented Senior Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic expansion initiatives, partnership development, and revenue growth opportunities across domestic and international markets. This executive leadership role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic commercial leader with extensive experience in business development, market expansion, and cross-functional leadership within fast-paced and evolving business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise-wide business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives across multiple regions and industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership teams
Lead commercial negotiations, partnership discussions, and strategic collaboration initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and business performance data to support strategic planning and decision-making
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives
Drive pipeline growth, partnership engagement, and long-term relationship management strategies
Support international expansion efforts and strategic market positioning initiatives
Oversee cross-functional projects related to organizational growth, market development, and operational integration
Mentor and develop high-performing business development and strategic partnership teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Management, or related field
12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales leadership, or executive commercial roles
Proven success leading large-scale business growth and market expansion initiatives
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills
Experience working in multinational or fast-growing business environments
Familiarity with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and operational reporting systems preferred
