**Position Overview **

Beth Ward Studios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing wholesale jewelry business. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of wholesale experience, preferably within jewelry, accessories, or fashion-related industries.

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between sales, production, product development, and external customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and seamless execution from development through delivery.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Process and manage customer purchase orders (POs), including updates, revisions, and delivery changes

- Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, shipping timelines, and delivery updates

- Coordinate internally with production and product development teams to ensure accurate execution of orders and samples

- Assist with product costing and development support

- Coordinate sample requests and sample tracking

- Create sales presentations and assist with compiling trend and business analysis information

- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets related to orders, costing, inventory, and customer communication

- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up with accounts

**Qualifications **

- 1–2 years of wholesale experience required; jewelry or accessories industry experience preferred

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive follow-through

- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers

**Compensation & Benefits **

- Salary: $50,000 annually
