What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Miami office , focused on developing business in the North American market .
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with 1–3 years of experience , strong relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

What will you do?
- Build relationships and negotiate agreements with affiliates, media partners, and influencers .
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North American market .
- Prospect and onboard new partners within the iGaming ecosystem .
- Coordinate campaigns with the marketing team and monitor their performance.
- Optimize campaigns by making data-driven strategic adjustments .
Profile requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong commercial mindset and business growth orientation .
- Analytical skills and experience working with campaign performance metrics .
Nice to have:
- Spanish language skills .
- Experience or knowledge in the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry .
