**What are we looking for? **

We are currently looking for an **Affiliate Manager ** to join our **Miami office **, focused on **developing business in the North American market **.

We are seeking a **commercially driven professional with 1–3 years of experience **, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

**What will you do? **

- Build relationships and negotiate agreements with **affiliates, media partners, and influencers **.

- Identify and develop **new business opportunities in the North American market **.

- Prospect and onboard **new partners within the iGaming ecosystem **.

- Coordinate campaigns with the **marketing team ** and monitor their performance.

- Optimize campaigns by making **data-driven strategic adjustments **.

**Profile requirements **

- **1–3 years of experience ** in sales, business development, or digital marketing.

- Strong **commercial mindset and business growth orientation **.

- Analytical skills and experience working with **campaign performance metrics **.

**Nice to have: **

- **Spanish language skills **.

- Experience or knowledge in the **iGaming or affiliate marketing industry **.
