Role Description This is a remote contract role for a U.S. Administrative Support Coordinator. The role is primarily focused on administrative coordination, document handling, operational follow-up, and support across day-to-day business workflows. Responsibilities include organizing documents and records, supporting routine administrative processes, coordinating follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with onboarding-related documentation, and helping maintain structured operational workflows. This is a long-term independent contractor role suited to someone who is professional, reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to handle documents, processes, and confidential information carefully
Experience in administrative support, operations, coordination, or virtual assistance is a plus
Experience supporting legal, accounting, onboarding, or document-based workflows is a plus
Experience working with e-commerce or international businesses is a plus
Familiarity with remote collaboration and administrative tools is a plus
