We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations in our Phoenix/Scottsdale office. This role is focused on executing core financial processes with consistency and accuracy, while supporting the broader operational workflow of the organization. Process incoming checks, including scanning, depositing, and recording transactions
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
Support accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and tracking
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Provide backup accounting support for Auxana Legal operations
Assist with routine reconciliations and basic bookkeeping functions
Help ensure financial data integrity across systems and processes
Support general accounting and administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
