We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations in our Phoenix/Scottsdale office. This role is focused on executing core financial processes with consistency and accuracy, while supporting the broader operational workflow of the organization.

**Responsibilities: **

- Process incoming checks, including scanning, depositing, and recording transactions

- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems

- Support accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and tracking

- Maintain organized financial records and documentation

- Provide backup accounting support for Auxana Legal operations

- Assist with routine reconciliations and basic bookkeeping functions

- Help ensure financial data integrity across systems and processes

- Support general accounting and administrative needs as required

**Qualifications: **

- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred

- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy

- Comfortable executing repeatable, process-driven tasks

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

**Preferred Tools & Software **

- QuickBooks

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Office Suite

**Work Environment **

- In-office role based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area

- Collaborative, team-oriented setting with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement

**Compensation & Benefits **

**Salary: $44,000 - $50,000 **
