This is an on-site role in Tualatin OR, 11255 . Regular Shift, Mon-Fri, 40 hours Top skills: 1. AutoCAD proficiency 2. Attention to detail, 3. Problem-solving Responsibilities:
Maintain site plans and building drawings, including electrical, mechanical, piping (plumbing, process, etc.), process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), instrumentation & control drawings (I&C), evacuation maps, fire riser maps, etc.
Maintain a centralized document management system, including electronic document repositories and physical filing systems, to organize and store documents securely
Search file repositories and deliver requested information to stakeholders
Incorporate project close-out files into as-built documents; update and add new CAD drawings provided by the Construction or Engineering teams
File various close-out documents, retain permit cards
Correct incoming files for layering and other drawing standards
Work with stakeholders to create detailed drawings from sketches, layouts, or notes, for tool installations, main labs, specialized labs, and GWS-related manufacturing areas
Perform field audits to verify accuracy and correctness of new and existing drawings; update drawings based on field measurements
Update electrical panel schedule and single line drawings based on field changes
Assist in future CAD integration with Tririga Facilities Integrated Workplace Management System; Utilize document control processes and procedures to ensure the accurate creation, revision, approval, and distribution of all documents
Gather documents for plotting to-scale equipment templates. Review for dimensional accuracy
Utilize Tririga (Facilities Integrated Workplace Management System) for receiving Work Order requests and logging status updates
Skills:
Working knowledge of AutoCAD software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to simultaneously support multiple teams
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, design, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process
Minimum 4 years of experience as an AutoCAD designer/drafter
