- Experienced in Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Expert in Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Experienced with Data entry in MRP systems.
- Experience in getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits.
- Have strong knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
