Responsibilities:
  • Experienced with Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Experienced in Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Expert in Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Experienced with Data entry in MRP systems.
  • Experience in getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits.
  • Have strong knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
