**The Lead Financial Aid Advisor manages daily financial aid operations, provides expert advice to students/families on funding a college education, trains specific staff members, handles complex cases (like professional judgments/verification), ensures regulatory compliance with federal (Title IV) and state regulations, coordinates with campus partners (Admissions, Registrar, Advising, Business Office), and may oversee specific programs like Work-Study.
