Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The role is the first conversation prospects have with us — and the foundation of every deal that follows. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to target accounts
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to Account Executives
Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline for the sales team
Maintain accurate activity data and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant context
Collaborate with marketing on campaign performance and message refinement
Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or similar customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and quota-driven environments
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection
Curiosity about prospects' problems and a consultative listening style
