Role Overview We are hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customer relationships post-sale. The role drives renewals, identifies expansion opportunities, and serves as the trusted partner customers turn to when they want more from the product. Key Responsibilities
Own renewals and expansion across a defined book of business
Build executive relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews with customers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to close them
Coordinate with Customer Success and Support to resolve escalations
Maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM and report on portfolio health
Gather customer feedback and surface product insights to internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in account management, customer success, or relationship sales
Track record of renewing and expanding existing customer relationships
Strong commercial instincts and comfort with negotiation
Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (Gainsight)
Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
Bias for action and a structured approach to portfolio management
