The role works new business and expansion deals — running discovery, building business cases, and closing customers who'll genuinely benefit from what we sell. Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closed deal
Run consultative discovery and build business cases for prospect stakeholders
Manage a healthy pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
Negotiate commercials and contract terms with procurement and legal
Partner with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to close and onboard customers
Hit and exceed quota on a quarterly cadence
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years closing B2B SaaS or technology deals as a quota-carrying AE
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Strong discovery and value-selling skills (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar)
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
Hands-on with Salesforce, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication and executive presence
