About The Role
We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic IT team at U.S. Renal Care. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our in-house Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Revenue Cycle Management applications. These applications are critical to streamlining clinical workflows, improving revenue collection, and supporting operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals, to translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Your expertise will contribute to building user-friendly interfaces, optimizing application performance, and integrating new functionalities that directly impact patient care and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in modern web development technologies, particularly React JS, along with experience in related ecosystems. A solid understanding of the .NET framework and proficiency in API integration are essential. Familiarity with web security protocols, including JWT tokens, and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL are required. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of object-oriented programming principles, code versioning tools like TFS or Git, and automated testing practices. Knowledge of EMR systems, claims processing, or healthcare-specific applications is a plus but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are vital for this position.
