About the Role This opportunity is for a data-driven marketer who enjoys turning strategy into measurable results. This role focuses on executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that support mission-driven organizations across sectors such as environmental conservation, social impact, and the arts. The position involves managing campaigns across multiple paid channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client services. The work directly contributes to fundraising performance and campaign effectiveness. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for meetings, training sessions, or team collaboration. What You’ll Do
Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, CTV, and programmatic platforms
Build and manage keywords, audiences, ad creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies aligned with campaign goals
Monitor campaign pacing and perform regular quality assurance checks
Track performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Optimize campaigns across bids, budgets, targeting, placements, and creative assets
Support A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and audience strategies
Prepare performance reports and dashboards using metrics such as CPA and ROAS
Analyze data from ad platforms, Google Analytics, and internal tools
Assist in developing client-facing performance insights and summaries
Manage UTM tracking, conversion events, and pixel implementation
Conduct audits of campaign setup and tracking accuracy
Monitor advertising spend and support budget tracking and reconciliation
Collaborate with internal teams across creative, analytics, finance, and client services
Participate in testing initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform updates
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including paid search
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or DSPs
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and platform reporting tools
Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Search Ads 360, and UTM tracking
Experience integrating campaigns with CRM or donation platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
Comfort working with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Zoom
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are preferred
Experience with Google Grant campaigns is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Clear and professional communication skills in a collaborative environment
