At 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge & Elixir Bar, we create a welcoming environment that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for all who join our community.

**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Chef will oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Ayurvedic-inspired dishes and adaptogenic elixirs, ensuring high-quality and intentional offerings. Responsibilities include designing menus that align with the wellness-focused ethos of our space, sourcing ethical and sustainable ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with staff to provide an exceptional guest experience.

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in Ayurvedic cooking, plant-based cuisine, or preparation of adaptogenic elixirs

- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical ingredient sourcing practices

- Strong organizational, time management, and kitchen management skills

- Ability to create innovative and health-conscious menus that align with a mindfulness-oriented environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with team members

- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant experience in a professional kitchen setting

- A passion for wellness, mindfulness, and offering intentional dining experiences

- Familiarity with health and sanitation standards for food preparation
