**Description**

This position is responsible for managing a territory and recruiting students throughout the admissions process. This includes travelling to college fairs, high school visits, and regional presentations to build leads. The counselor should maintain contact with students and families throughout the application and admission process. This includes actively calling and messaging to gauge interest and assist in enrolling the prospective students. The counselor recruits, evaluates, and participates in the selection of candidates for admission and awards academic merit scholarship. Counselor must maintain connection with other constituents in the assigned territory, including High School Counselors, Creighton Alumni, and current Creighton parents. Counselor will develop public presentations designed to promote the institution. Presentations may range in size from a single student to a large audience of 500.

Due to travel and need for consistent follow-up with students and families, this position often requires over 40 hours per week, as well as night and weekend work.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Corresponds with students. Follows up with visitors/applicants as well as answering phone and e-mail communications. Works directly with families to assist in all aspects of admissions process and ultimately assisting with enrollment.

- Meets with prospective students on campus. Give individualized appointments to students and families. Also, give group presentations.

- Reviews applicant credentials to admit students and award scholarships. Works with admission staff and committees preparing the applicant files for review. Works with applicants regarding the completion of their files.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Think Quick works as a member of the health care team under supervision of a physician in Think’s Urgent Care Clinic.

**Essential Job Functions**

Assess the medical, physical, social and psychological status of patients by obtaining a comprehensive problem-oriented health history, performing a physical examination of appropriate complexity, and ordering and evaluating laboratory, and other diagnostic studies as medically indicated.

Perform tests (e.g. throat cultures) as outlined in the treatment pathways or as deemed appropriate by the supervising physician.

Interpret available data in order to establish a preliminary diagnosis and develop a treatment plan. Consult as needed with collaborating physician regarding abnormal results, or when a medical problem is beyond the scope of his/her training. Provide appropriate referrals to clinic physicians and consulting physicians.

Order and/or administer injections and immunizations. Write prescriptions for controlled and non-controlled medications based on treatment protocols.

Maintain comprehensive and complete medical records, assuring the records are accurate and current. Clearly document all order and sign all entries. Provide complete and appropriate information for billing purposes.

Within the scope of practice, instruct patient and family regarding medication and treatment. Provide appropriate patient education and counselling as to health maintenance, disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Assist patients and care givers in identifying and utilizing community and other resources which will meet patient and family needs and lead to optimum health.

We are seeking an ambitious, intellectually curious Brokerage Assistant to work directly with BARON’s leadership on a growing pipeline of active listings and brokerage assignments. This is a growth-oriented, mentorship-based role designed for someone early in their career who is serious about building a long-term future in commercial real estate.

The Brokerage Assistant will begin by supporting day-to-day brokerage activities, including but not limited to marketing, research, tour coordination, and transaction administration, and will progressively take ownership of listings and clients as skills, judgment, and relationships develop. The right candidate will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced brokers, gaining direct exposure to how deals are sourced, pitched, won, and executed.

This is not an administrative role with a real estate label. It is a true apprenticeship into the brokerage business, structured to prepare the right person to become a producing broker at BARON.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- **Listing Support & Marketing **

- Prepare listing materials, offering memoranda, flyers, and marketing packages for active sale and lease assignments.

- Coordinate professional photography, signage, drone imagery, and digital marketing assets.

- Maintain and update listings across CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, BARON’s website, and other distribution channels.

- Assist in the design and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to brokers, tenants, and investors.

- **Market Research & Analysis **

- Research properties, ownership, tenant rosters, and transaction history using public records and industry databases.

- Coordinate and, over time, lead property tours with prospects, brokers, and clients.

- Support lease and sale negotiations by preparing analyses, drafting correspondence, and tracking open items.

- Review leases, purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other transaction documents under the supervision of senior brokers.

- **Pipeline, CRM & File Management **

- Maintain organized deal files, transaction checklists, and document repositories.

- Keep CRM records current, including contacts, prospects, ownership data, and pipeline status.

- Track listing performance metrics, tour activity, and prospect engagement; report regularly to leadership.

- Support the preparation of pitch materials, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and new business proposals.

- **Professional Development **

- Work directly with BARON leadership to learn how to source, pitch, win, and execute brokerage assignments.

- Build a foundational understanding of leasing economics, investment underwriting, and transaction structuring.

- Progressively take ownership of listings, client relationships, and deal execution as readiness is demonstrated.

- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and continuing education.

**Qualifications: **

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with coursework in real estate, finance, business, law, urban planning, marketing, or a related field.

- Strong interest in commercial real estate, marketing, finance, business strategy, and law.

- Prior commercial real estate experience is not required. We are looking for ambition, work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.

- Nebraska Real Estate License required, or a clear commitment to obtain one in the near term. BARON will support the right candidate through the licensing process.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent BARON professionally with sophisticated clients and counterparties.

You’ll make a difference by:

- Lead efforts in the management and resolution of punch list items for large-scale data center installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Oversee the resolution of warranty-related issues, working with internal teams and external customers to provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to low and medium-voltage power distribution systems, including troubleshooting control circuits and electrical components.

- Assist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment in data center projects, ensuring proper system integration and performance.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to punch lists, warranties, and technical issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers and contractors through professional and timely support.

- Provide valuable feedback to project and quality program managers based on field experience, contributing to process and product improvements. Participate in internal reviews to share lessons learned and drive long-term reliability.

- Primarily support sites in the Illinois/Wisconsin area with travel across the United States as needed (80%). Be available for emergency assignment and rapid response situations.

- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all warranty claims, technical issues, and punch list resolutions. Provide detailed reports on issue status and actions taken.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of experience in power distribution systems (low and medium voltage, 480V-38kV).

In this position, you will perform fieldwork, evaluate potential environmental impacts and mitigation requirements, and write technical reports for wetland and biological resources on a variety of transportation, railroad, land development, and stormwater/wastewater projects. Biological resources include, but are not limited to, wetland delineation and mitigation, threatened and endangered species, wildlife, vegetation, noxious weeds, and environmental permitting.
