Location: Ventura, CA
Compensation: $37/hr + Quarterly Production Bonus + Extensive Benefits
Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st shift, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, OT Eligible
Shift Type: Non-rotational

This role is best suited for someone with strong hands-on electrical maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility equipment, test equipment, and electro-mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, 3-phase motors, PLCs, control panels, relays, breakers, fixtures, and circuit boards
- Use multimeters, clamp meters, current testers, and oscilloscopes to diagnose electrical and control issues
- Install, modify, and repair electrical equipment, conduit, raceways, wiring, panels, and controls
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, drawings, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards
- Support day-to-day maintenance operations and assist with equipment upgrades or new equipment development
- Follow proper Lockout/Tagout procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Train or support less-experienced maintenance personnel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical/electronic maintenance experience
- Strong manufacturing maintenance background preferred
- Strong experience with 3-phase electrical systems, 480V, PLC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, panels, relays, breakers, and machine control systems
- Working knowledge of Ohm’s Law, analog controls, digital controls, NEC, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Must provide own trade tools
