Ecommerce & Transactional UX
Experience designing checkout, payment, and transaction flows.
Focus on conversion optimization, error reduction, and usability.
Design Systems & Frameworks
Hands-on with Microsoft Fluent UI
Exposure to React / Angular component-based design.
Accessibility
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards
Experience designing accessible and inclusive UI.
Design Tools
Expert in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
Exposure to tools like Miro / Adobe Suite is a plus.
User Research & Validation
Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research
Data-driven design decision making
Experience Required
5+ years in UI/UX design (web/mobile)
Proven experience delivering user-centered digital products.
Strong collaboration with Product Managers & Engineers
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Good to Have
Experience with enterprise-scale applications
Knowledge of responsive/adaptive design, localization, and performance
Exposure to developer-facing / API-driven products
