Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trumbull, CT. This role involves executing our email marketing strategy from planning to performance reporting, while supporting broader digital campaigns tied to product education, injury recovery, and conference activations.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trumbull, CT. This role involves executing our email marketing strategy from planning to performance reporting, while supporting broader digital campaigns tied to product education, injury recovery, and conference activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage quarterly email campaign calendars and tracking sheet
- Write, launch, and optimize segmented email campaigns
- Track performance (open, click, reply, conversion rates)
- Manage audience lists and tagging (Mailchimp) and generate leads.
- Create workflows for product, injury, and event campaigns
- Support landing pages and digital assets
- Support SEO and website activities
- Provide day-to-day support by coordinating office activities and ensuring timely, accurate completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- 1-2 years experience in Market Research and to analyze trends and data
- Strong copywriting skills
- Basic analytics and reporting
- CRM/list management experience
- Proficiency in marketing tools like mailchimp and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
