**Role Description **

We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive who is a true hunter, someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipeline from scratch, and knows how to open doors in financial services and enterprise tech. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires in the US, working directly with leadership to shape go-to-market, refine positioning, and close foundational deals.

This isn’t a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. You’ll be writing it.

**What You'll Do: **

- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting - discovery - demo - negotiation - close

- Build pipeline from zero in a new market; leverage your network and outbound to create early momentum

- Partner closely with US and India leadership to localize and refine our GTM strategy

- Deliver real-time market feedback on product, pricing, and positioning

- Close and expand early lighthouse customers

- Help define hiring profile and build the US sales team over time

**What We're Looking For: **

- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS

- Proven track record of closing net-new logos (not just expanding accounts)

- Experience selling into financial institutions (banks, credit unions) strongly preferred

- Comfortable operating in a 0→1 environment with limited structure

- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

- Highly self-directed, resourceful, and biased toward action
