ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Growth & Operations Coordinator at Yoursy Wellness LLC. In this role, you will support daily operations, brand growth initiatives, partnerships, and customer experience across multiple wellness and lifestyle brands under the Yoursy Wellness umbrella.
You will help coordinate workflows, manage operational tasks, support marketing and launch initiatives, assist with partnerships and collaborations, and contribute to the overall growth and organization of the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative brand building and operational execution within a fast-moving startup environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in operations, administrative support, or brand coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Interest in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing platforms, or task management tools is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Previous startup or small business experience is an advantage
