Role Description
This full-time hybrid Senior Electrical Engineer position is based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be a key member of our firm, providing valuable leadership, project management and proficient design skills to lead team members and projects. The role also includes collaborating with clients and other team members, supporting junior engineers, conducting site visits as needed, and supporting construction administration and quality control processes.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be a key member of our firm, providing valuable leadership, project management and proficient design skills to lead team members and projects. The role also includes collaborating with clients and other team members, supporting junior engineers, conducting site visits as needed, and supporting construction administration and quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Electrical Design of building systems and managing projects
- Evaluate electrical systems, preparing plans and schematics
- Proficiency in power distribution and various power systems
- Strong ability to interpret and apply electrical codes and standards for compliance
- Project management experience, including managing interdisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff
- Proficiency with relevant design software and tools, including as AutoCAD and Revit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop both professionally and interpersonally
