Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plant investigations and feasibility studies
- Perform interference and clearance analysis for robotics
- Distribute weld spots across robots ensuring cycle time efficiency
- Develop and maintain problem tracking and provide multiple solutions
- Write equipment, robot, and process specifications
- Conduct robotic simulation for weld, sealing, and handling processes
- Perform robot reach studies using simulation tools
- Support new vehicle model launches on production lines
- Assist in production ramp-up and line innovation/renovation
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams
- Provide continuous engineering support to manufacturing operations
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Robotics Engineering
- Hands-on expertise in 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE)
- Experience with Delmia V5 (preferred)
- Knowledge of weld, paint, and assembly processes
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing environments
- Good project management and coordination skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
