Windcave is seeking to hire a part time Recruiter (approximately 30 hours a week). Prior recruitment experience (preferably technology recruitment experience) or in-house recruitment experience would be preferred. Strong sourcing skills is a must.
This role will be an in-office role a minimum of 3 days a week.
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour (dependent upon experience).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the entire recruitment spectrum of activities including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer, background verification, and handholding potential candidates. We fulfil positions solely through in-house recruitment.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and organizing recruitment materials.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Handle positions for different regional locations (primarily US and Canada) as the need arises. We’re a growing organization so we have locations globally that have seen a steady increase in headcount to keep pace with operations.

Requirements:
  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship);
  • Prior experience (2+ years) sourcing/recruitment technical roles/ high volume recruitment/ fintech recruitment/ BFSI recruitment is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
