The Role
We are looking for an experienced media buyer to own paid social and paid search across our client portfolio. This is a full-time 1099 engagement. You will work directly with agency leadership and account leads to plan, build, and optimize campaigns across a diverse roster of enthusiast brands.
You are not here to learn the basics. You come in knowing how to build smart campaign structures, how to read performance data without waiting for a dashboard summary, and how to manage spend across multiple brands without dropping the ball. We move fast and we expect you to keep up.
-
What You Will Own
  • Day-to-day campaign management across Meta and Google for 10 to 20+ client accounts
  • Campaign strategy, audience architecture, and creative testing on Meta
  • Google Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaign builds and ongoing optimization
  • Budget pacing, bid strategy, and spend allocation across accounts
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting focused on insights, not just numbers
  • Collaboration with creative and account teams on ad concepts, copy direction, and landing page alignment
  • Proactively surfacing issues and opportunities before clients notice them

-
What We Are Looking For
  • 3 or more years running paid media, with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager including campaign structure, learning phase management, and bid strategies such as CPR, bid cap, and cost cap
  • Experience with whitelisted and partnership ads on Meta
  • Solid Google Ads experience across Search, PMax, and YouTube
  • Comfortable managing multi-account portfolios with real budget responsibility
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to diagnose performance shifts quickly
  • Self-directed and organized, able to manage your own priorities without daily check-ins
  • Clear written communicator, both internally and in client-facing work
  • Bonus: experience in automotive, motorsports, powersports, or enthusiast consumer brands

-
What This Is Not
  • A role where someone else sets up campaigns and you only optimize
  • A rigid 9 to 5, though flexibility comes with accountability
  • An entry-level position, we expect you to arrive with conviction and a point of view

-
The Setup
  • Fully remote, US-based only
  • 1099 contractor with a full-time commitment expected
  • Direct working relationship with agency leadership
  • Primary tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Slack, Monday.com
