Job Scope:- Deliver Construction Project On-Time and On-Budget.
- Plan, Schedule, and direct a Construction Project in accordance with project Documents.
- Leadership and ability to make decisions.
- Coordination of Sequence and Operations from the Structural Shell to MEP Trades.
- Collaboration with On-Site Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Admin.
- Execution of Jobsite Meetings
- Maintenance of Overall Safety Plan.
- Oversight and execution of the project Schedule.
- Maintain relationships with Design Professionals and Trade Partners.
General Knowledge and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in science in Construction Management or Engineering or an equivalent work experience is preferred, plus 10-15 years of new construction, multi-family type on projects with a value of $15M-$150M.
- Full development experience (Land Clearing to Turn-Over).
- History as a Field Superintendent with strong supervisory responsibilities.
- Well-developed communications, preferably Bi-Lingual.
- Financial Analysis and overall knowledge. Impacts of decision making on overall project budget.
- Collaborative teamwork skills are required.
- Well Organized.

Responsibilities:- Overall coordination of all trades onsite. Responsible for coordination and oversight of projects including budgetary considerations for labor, material, and equipment.
- Daily communication with Team Superintendents to ensure coordinated work.
- Enforcement of project schedule and sequence with trades.
- Identifies Project requirements and Owner Contract requirements, oversees and manages all field construction processes.
- Verify accuracy of drawing plan measurements of floors, walls, ceilings, etc. Identify discrepancies and take corrective action with Estimating or Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by Company Standards.
- Document issues regarding quality, schedule, safety, and conformance. Collaborate with On-Site Team for support.
- Verify accuracy of drawings. Any discrepancies and deviations need to be qualified in writing.
- Confirms accuracy of Pay Request- when requested by PM.
- Manages Trade Partners’ Scopes of work.

- Hold weekly Subcontractor Meetings:o Formatting and information input
o Coordination/Collaboration with Site Team to accurately document information about project status.
- Participate in OAC Meetings
- Oversight of RFIs and Submittals
- Ensure all trades are reviewing latest plans.
- Assist Management Team for OAC Meetings and Reporting.
- Safety
o Have OSHA 30 Training
o Ensure personnel abide by GC safety requirements during walks.
- Project Closeout:o Close out of all permits/inspections/AHJ requirements.
o Oversight of Punch lists and Acceptance by Owner.
