Description Reports to: Marketing Supervisor Supervises: None Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly Work Schedule: Regular work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Purpose Of Position The Digital Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for developing and executing digital marketing plans to achieve organizational goals, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure exceptional customer care for all Westfield brands and customers. Essential Duties
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with company messaging.
Assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Support search visibility efforts through basic optimization, keyword updates, and monitoring campaign performance.
Assist with setup, coordination, and basic performance tracking of geofencing campaigns.
Provide general support across digital initiatives, helping execute campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent messaging.
Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Supervisor.
Key Results
Website content is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and free of errors
Email campaigns are executed on time with minimal errors and improving engagement rates (open and click-through rates)
Increased website traffic and improved search rankings for targeted keywords
Paid and geofencing campaigns are launched accurately and optimized based on performance data
Digital campaigns are executed on schedule with clear alignment to objectives
Marketing data is tracked, organized, and reported in a clear and timely manner
Demonstrates reliability in follow-through and attention to detail across all assigned tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Marketing degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress
Experience in digital marketing preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy
Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and support team initiatives

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions The Digital Marketing Assistant position will include long hours of sitting and occasional light lifting. The Digital Marketing Assistant will need the ability to work in a busy and noisy environment while managing multiple tasks and interruptions effectively. Must be willing and able to visit farms, get dirty as needed, and serve customers.
