Role Description
The Global Chief Technology Officer/Partner (Global CTO/Partner) will oversee the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals across international operations. Responsibilities include driving innovation, managing technology infrastructure, ensuring IT security standards, and providing insights into emerging technology trends. The role involves consulting with clients, managing technical teams, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for occasional remote work.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Management, Software Development, and Cloud Computing
- Leadership skills in managing technical teams, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and IT Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Emerging Technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Blockchain
- International project management experience and ability to coordinate across global teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field highly preferred
