Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a CFO/Equity Partner based in San Francisco, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The CFO/Equity Partner will oversee financial strategy, develop fiscal policies, and lead financial planning and analysis to ensure the organization’s growth and stability. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, fostering investor relationships, and driving strategic financial decisions, while collaborating with leadership to support overall corporate goals.

Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, financial forecasting, and budget management
- Proven expertise in accounting, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
- Ability to foster and manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in financial modeling, financial software systems, and data analytics
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (PhD degree or CFA highly desirable)
- Previous executive leadership experience, ideally in consulting or a relevant industry
- Experience in international finance and multi-location operations is a significant advantage
