This position ensures clients are informed, prepared, and supported throughout their engagement, while also maintaining accurate data, managing program logistics, and providing technical and administrative support to staff and participants. Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
An associate or higher degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field is a bonus
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, or support role (internships or part-time experience acceptable)
WESST is looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating schedules, events, or logistics (professional or informal)
Ability to provide responsive, high-quality customer or client service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Must be proficient with computers and digital tools, and able to navigate multiple software systems as part of routine responsibilities in a predominantly paperless environment.
