**Summary of Position: **

The Welldressed social media coordinator is responsible for making sure all execution of our online platforms are up to date. This includes Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook,and ShopMy. Majority of this role will involve executing and creating content for our brand, and incorporating fresh ideas that promote engagement on the platforms.

This coordinator will need to understand the mission and vision of our brand (help people feel confident in their clothes) and emulate that through all posts. The candidate in this role is the online voice of the brand. In addition, the role will include making sure that all posts are educational in nature, helping people understand style in a more holistic way.

● Someone passionate about helping people feel confident in their clothes.

● Ability to track data analytics on trends, engagement, and posting frequency to accomplish the best results on social media platforms.

● Commitment to growth in blind spots, to make said blind spots competencies, and to be teachable.

● An entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to take initiative.

● Competent in social media platforms and the ability to create graphics that use our brand identity.

● Ability to understand the Welldressed “ideal client” and how to reach her online through each and every post.

● Team player with a positive attitude who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic organizational environment and who embraces continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback.

● Ability to respond to direct messages within our social media inboxes, as well as respond to comments on posts.

● Experience creating videos and content on Edits.

● Ability to run and execute a social media calendar for each month.

● A genuine enjoyment for social media and content creating.

● Communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities: **

● Monthly meeting with Abby & Megan to plan social media strategy and content calendar.

● Consistently post 2-4 times a week on social platforms throughout the week. This includes Reels, Carousels, Single image posts and stories.

● Full ownership of execution of social media content calendar.

● Ability to learn how to create graphics and content that stay true to our brand identity.

● Consistently share stories on our social media platforms that solve a problem for future clients.

● Ability to track data analytics about the most successful posting times and posts.

● Responsibility of all engagement with messages and comments on social media platforms.

● Manage photos and video content used with clients and use them consistently to share clients success stories.

● Weekly research trends and posts that are landing across various platforms.

● Ability to take content from Substack posts and make them bite-sized, short versions on posts and reels.

● Meet all deadlines on time with promptness.

● Committed to growth and doing whatever it takes to reach and gain more followers.
