JOB TITLE IT Project Manager LOCATION St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid) HYBRID POLICY 70% On-Site 30% Work-from-Home Job Summary The IT Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support business goals. This position partners closely with leadership, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize projects across the full lifecycle—ensuring alignment, visibility, and measurable outcomes. Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to support successful execution
Lead project meetings, providing clear direction, updates, and alignment across stakeholders and team members
Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to evaluate current-state and future-state processes
Support the identification of process improvements and system enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee project tracking, including timelines, scope, productivity, and performance metrics
Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate coordination between business analysts, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
Collaborate with the PMO Manager to ensure projects are aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals
Support and guide less-experienced team members through coaching, delegation, and best practices in project management
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role preferred OR 4 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Experience managing project timelines, scope, and resources across the full project lifecycle is preferred
Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams is preferred
Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint ceremonies is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to developers, analysts, leadership, and cross-functional partners
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Meet)
Ability to prioritize and manage project work effectively based on timelines and business priorities
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to support project execution and team operations
Ability to facilitate workflow across teams, including coordination between business analysts, QA, and development
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to apply Agile principles to drive continuous delivery, backlog management, and alignment to business value
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes, systems, and data, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Familiarity with eCommerce concepts and technologies preferred
Exposure to core business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Order Management preferred
Basic knowledge of tools and systems such as ERP platforms (Infor/M3 or similar), Jira, and Tableau or other BI tools preferred
