Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect based in Greater Milwaukee, with an option for partial work-from-home arrangements. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, create architecture plans, and facilitate the integration of software systems. Additionally, you will provide technical consulting and ensure the alignment of solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- US citizen candidates only
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and integration of systems
- Experience in Consulting and analyzing business processes to design effective solutions
- Background in Software Development with strong programming and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of systems Integration and ensuring seamless compatibility among different platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with flexibility
- Familiarity with financial or fintech solutions is beneficial
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (PhD is preferred)
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and modern architectural frameworks is a must
