Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients primarily in the logistics and transportation industries. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, communicating service offerings, and providing logistical solutions that align with clients’ needs. The role also involves negotiating contracts, tracking client accounts, collaborating with the operations team, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
Ability to research market trends and prospect for new business opportunities
Knowledge of logistics, freight dispatching, and supply chain coordination concepts is beneficial
Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms, as well as basic digital tools
Proactive, goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field preferred
