**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Traveling Superintendent. The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects at various locations, ensuring projects align with established timelines, budgets, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in construction management, project oversight, and on-site supervision.

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.

- Willingness to frequently travel to job sites and adapt to diverse work environments.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
