Job Summary As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and guidelines. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to standards
Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
