Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong working relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to project schedules.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Identify shipment discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate project updates, delays, and resolutions to operations and engineering teams.
Prepare project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, correspondence, and monthly reports.
Support procedure development and implementation initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support project quality and operational demands.
Travel to job sites as required to support project execution.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience within fabrication, manufacturing, or process equipment industries.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and structural components.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
