Investment Banking (Analyst / Associate) Overview We are seeking a high-performance Market Coverage Banker whose primary responsibility is sourcing proprietary deal flow and developing deep market expertise within targeted verticals. This is not an execution support role. This is a front-line revenue generation position . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning a defined industry vertical, building long-term CEO and founder relationships, sourcing debt, equity, and M&A mandates, becoming a recognized market authority within their sector, and driving consistent origination activity into the firm's capital markets team. Core Responsibilities
2-7+ years experience in investment banking, private credit/equity, commercial banking, or capital markets
Demonstrated ability to source or co-source transactions
Deep industry knowledge within at least one sector
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to independently manage pipeline development
Preferred
Existing portable network within a defined vertical
FINRA Series 79 / 63 (or ability to obtain)
Prior experience at a boutique or middle-market platform
Experience structuring debt, equity, or structured finance transactions

Compensation Analyst Level
Base Salary: $40,000 - $75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 - $200,000
Associate Level
Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 - $300,000
