About the role
We are seeking an experienced Attorney - Leveraged & Corporate Finance to provide sophisticated legal advisory services in connection with corporate finance transactions.

- Advise clients on complex acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and corporate finance transactions.
- Represent and counsel private equity sponsors, private credit funds, and large corporate borrowers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing documents, including credit agreements, indentures, and security agreements.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior lawyers on ancillary financing documentation and due diligence processes.
- Handle a broad range of financing transactions, including:
- Acquisition and leveraged finance
- Corporate finance
- Fund finance
- Debt restructuring
- Cross-border financing transactions
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.), or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a corporate law firm handling complex finance transactions.
- Strong experience representing private equity sponsors, private credit funds, or large corporate borrowers.
- Extensive experience negotiating financing documentation and conducting due diligence.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
