This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Middletown, NJ, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties, providing exceptional customer service and utilizing local market expertise. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining knowledge of real estate trends. Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Strong expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and tools
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge or experience with online marketing and technological tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or business is a plus
