Role Description
The Production Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include production planning, monitoring, and optimizing workflows, as well as identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to product standards and oversee production-related documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Cottage Grove, MN facility.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and thorough understanding of production workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and address inefficiencies in manufacturing processes
- Experience with Production Planning and execution for timely and efficient outputs
- Expertise in Quality Control to ensure compliance with product and regulatory standards
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and safety
- Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and regulatory standards is a plus
