About Vivache Designs
Vivache Designs is a creative brand built on bold aesthetics, intentional storytelling, and elevated design. We're a small, passionate team looking for a social media voice that understands where we've been and can help shape where we're going.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Manager to own our digital presence across platforms. This is a part-time hybrid role — you'll work independently but collaborate closely with our team on shoots, content direction, and brand alignment. You're not just posting — you're building a community and telling our story.
This role comes with real ownership — and with that comes trust. You'll report directly to our CEO and CCO, Seema and Michael, who maintain final creative and strategic say on all content and direction. The right person thrives with autonomy inside a framework, understands that great collaboration makes the work better, and respects that brand decisions ultimately rest with leadership.
What You'll Own
Content Creation
• Develop original, on-brand content across Instagram (primary), Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube — with a maintained presence on TikTok
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that reflect Vivache's voice and aesthetic
• Collaborate with the team to concept and produce content that aligns with our visual direction and past creative work
Filming & Production
• Film on-location and in-studio content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, behind-the-scenes, project documentation, and installation time-lapses)
• Light editing of video and photo content, or coordination with an editor when needed
• Comfortable on-camera directing talent or appearing on camera when appropriate
Content Calendar & Strategy
• Build and manage a monthly content calendar with a consistent 5-days-a-week posting cadence across platforms
• Distribute posts strategically — a mix of feed posts, Stories, and short-form video (Reels/TikToks)
• Plan content around campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and brand milestones
• Understand the strategic role of each platform — Instagram for visual storytelling and community, Facebook for reaching developers and decision-makers, LinkedIn for B2B and commission-level clients, YouTube for long-form and process content, TikTok for brand awareness and culture
Community Engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms
• Build genuine relationships with our audience and identify opportunities for community growth
• Identify and flag potential brand partnerships, collaborators, or influencer alignment
Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth, etc.)
• Deliver a monthly recap with insights and recommendations
• Use data to continuously refine content strategy
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of social media management experience, ideally with a creative brand, design studio, or lifestyle company
• Strong visual eye — you understand what 'on brand' means and can execute it
• Hands-on filming and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• LinkedIn fluency — ability to shift tone from visual storytelling to narrative and thought leadership, writing for developers, city planners, and brand decision-makers
• Ability to flex creative approach by platform — what works on Instagram doesn't work on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok, and you know the difference instinctively
• Self-starter who doesn't need a lot of hand-holding
• Passion for design, interiors, fashion, or creative culture is a strong plus
• LA-based with the ability to come on-site for shoots and team check-ins
Logistics
• Part-time: 15–20 hours/week
• Posting cadence: minimum 5 days a week across platforms
• Hybrid: on-site for shoots and strategy sessions, remote for day-to-day execution
• Reports directly to Seema (CEO) and Michael (CCO) — all content and strategy subject to their review and final approval
• Content calendar and key creative decisions are presented to leadership before execution
• Day-to-day ownership is yours; brand direction is a collaborative process with final say resting with Seema and Michael
